PayPal website should already detect your locale settings and load the correct language. I guess it doesn’t work since you are writing here
I’ll be looking for a fix, I needed to write another guide anyway

Could be dependent on the settings of your own PayPal account. And knowing you, I can tell with certainty that you have it set to Italian there.

It wasn’t
The problem was Buy Me A Beer plugin, which was missing language directive 
I’m letting the author know about the fix ASAP!
