Unless you live in Italy, I don’t think there’s anything you can do to help us lower our VAT on TLC services. At the time of writing, our VAT on TLC services (phones, internet, etc.) is at 20%. This is way too high for something that’s needed to call emergencies services (phones) and to help in country development (internet).
